    "John & Riley are the best customer service / "rock stars" I have ever dealt with. The whole process with them saved so much time for me. It started when I came by on a Saturday to test drive a MINI for the first time with Riley - great experience. I took some time to think it over and came back on a Saturday, Riley was selling a car at the time so I said I would wait. He brought John over to take care of me which was cool of him to hand off a sale. John rocked at working out the deal on my MINI, getting top dollar for my trade and in a quick time frame! They then both assisted with getting the paper work and going over the car so no time was wasted.     "Worst service visit yet at MINI of Dallas... 1) My vehicle backfires, pops & sputters when the sport buttion is engaged. This goes beyond the typical MINI Cooper S "burble" (Two Service Advisors even said as much when I replicated the problem for them). The vehicle was kept for a week, then I was told nothing could be done. My Service Advisor said he'd mention my problem to a MINI Engineer the next time one came by. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE ISSUE! (2) Once again, my vehiicle was overfilled by over a 1/2 quart of oil during an oil change! I asked my Service Advisor TWICE to ensure that this didn't happen. I always hear about some service bulletin that prescribes an overfill, but my owners' manual says nothing about it.     "What a relief! The past few appointments have been disappointing - always with a different associate, can't find the scheduled appointment, no phone call to let me know my car is ready, etc.... They once called to tell me my inspection was out of date and wanted to provide the service (I declined) - picked up my car to discover that I still had 6 months left on my current inspection sticker!!! Anyhow, this experience with Matt was GREAT! Super friendly, kept me well informed of my car status - great overall experience!
